When the marketplace launches you will be able to search by keyword, browse by category and filter by size, brand, condition and price to narrow things down fast.
Making a purchase
When you find something you love, check the photos and measurements, and message the seller with any questions. When you are ready, buy through Bushpop. Every order is covered by Buyer Protection, and the small Buyer Protection fee is shown clearly at checkout.
Payment methods
Checkout will take major cards when the marketplace launches, with the exact payment options confirmed then. You will always see the full price, including the Buyer Protection fee, before you confirm your order.
Shipping and delivery
Sellers post items directly to you, with tracking so you can follow your parcel, and are asked to post within two business days. Postage is set by the seller and shown on the listing, so you know the full cost before you buy.
What if something goes wrong
If an item does not arrive, or it is not as described, you are covered. Message the seller first, since most issues are resolved quickly that way.
